Harmony Roots is the heart-centered practice under the DBE umbrella, offering both coaching and licensed therapy through two unified branches: the Healing & Wellness Collective and Harmony Roots Therapy, PLLC.
The Healing & Wellness Collective offers coaching and holistic wellness support for highly sensitive people, care workers, helping professionals, and anyone seeking space to soften, reflect, and realign. This branch centers nervous system care, burnout, identity-safe exploration, boundary reclamation, and sustainable soul-rooted growth.
Harmony Roots Therapy, PLLC* provides licensed psychotherapy for those seeking to heal attachment wounds, navigate anxiety and/or trauma, and reconnect to their bodies and creative voice. Clinical care is holistic, culturally attuned, and body-centered with an emphasis on restoring internal safety and expression.
Though legally distinct, both branches move from the same grounded mission:
To support emotional healing that is slow, sacred, and rooted in care.

We offer natural, organic, vegan, and handmade remedies designed to soothe discomfort and support the body’s healing rhythms.
